Elected Board of Directors
The Fountain Sanitation District is governed by an elected five-member Board of Directors. Any member of the community meeting the eligibility requirements of the District can serve as a Board member. During a regular election cycle, Board expiring terms are staggered in a rotation of two then three. Regular elections occur every other year during an odd number year.
